Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is offering a Talent & Leadership Development Intern position in the Netherlands. You’ll support the Group Talent and Leadership team on leadership development initiatives and create engaging learning content, contributing to global projects.

You’ll gain real experience in leadership and learning projects, work with international colleagues, and receive continuous feedback and support. A hybrid setup is available after onboarding, with a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level).
• Feel comfortable working in English.
• You don’t need to tick every box to apply.
