Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR or L&D (3rd/4th year)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Able to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
• Interest in exploring new learning tools and trends
• Willing to contribute to onboarding and LMS deployment across countries

Responsibilities

• Draft punchy posts and content to promote learning campaigns
• Coordinate onboarding logistics across time zones
• Support the rollout of Assessio and its guidelines
• Help scale learning programmes and keep activities on track
• Identify opportunities to introduce new learning tools and approaches
