Job summary

SVZ, a global supplier of fruit and vegetable ingredients, is expanding its sales team in Breda. We seek an International (Key) Account Manager to drive growth with key clients, especially in the UK market, by leveraging knowledge of tropical fruit ingredients and strong commercial drive.

You will work with Agronomy, Purchasing and R&D teams to identify products meeting customer needs and to develop new applications, while managing budgets and forecasting for efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Food Science, Agriculture or related field.
• International B2B sales and account management experience.
• Knowledge of tropical fruits and fruit ingredients; UK market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with (Key) accounts; realize growth in beverages, dairy, and savory segments.
• Manage sales budget for customers; create account plans; ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts and other sales conditions.
• Collaborate with R&D to coordinate test phases and develop new applications.
• Organise proactive meetings with customers focusing on innovation.
• Analyze customer needs and trends to align SVZ's offerings with market demands.
