Job summary

You will work with senior leadership and external partners, translating strategy into execution, aligning objectives, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex change; travel is expected 5-10% of your time.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audits.
• Experience with program management tools (Jira, Planview, Clarity).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, enterprise-wide IT transformation programs.
• Define delivery plans, governance, and RAID management.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Manage delivery accountability across vendors and teams.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Present program progress and risk at executive level.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for decision making.
• Drive governance frameworks and audit readiness.
