Job summary

JBT Marel, based in Boxmeer, Netherlands, is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Further Processing leadership team and drive performance across a complex, fast-evolving business.

You will lead a small international finance team, coordinate strategic planning, forecasting, and performance reviews across multiple countries and sites, and support the integration journey of JBT Marel with a focus on value creation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international teams within a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Experience in international manufacturing or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to Further Processing leadership; provide data-driven insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and performance reviews.
• Drive profitability, productivity, and project performance across locations.
• Mentor a small international finance team and foster collaboration.
