Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Further Processing leadership team, guiding financial performance and strategic initiatives across multiple countries and sites from Boxmeer. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, while driving operational finance and transformation efforts within a matrix organization.

You will manage a small team of finance professionals, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape the integration journey of JBT

Qualifications

Experience in a complex, international environment with a matrix organization.
Proven leadership of teams across multiple countries.
Experience in international manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, industrial, or project-based environments.
Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
Strong business partnering with senior management teams.
Exposure to US GAAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as primary finance partner to the Further Processing leadership team and drive performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting with variance analysis.
Ensure financial processes, reporting standards, and KPIs across locations.
Lead a small international team of 3 finance professionals, coaching and developing talent.
Drive process improvements and automation in a complex matrix organization.
