Job summary

JBT Marel in Boxmeer, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Further Processing leadership team, guiding financial planning, forecasting, and performance across multiple countries. Based in Boxmeer, you will lead a small international finance team and drive transformation within a complex matrix organization.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, play a key role in integration activities, and help shape the future of the finance function across Europe and globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, international environment with matrix leadership.
• Proven ability to lead forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance partner to the Further Processing leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual operating planning processes.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to executives.
• Drive profitability improvements and operational excellence across sites.
• Lead and develop a small international team of 3 finance professionals.
