Job summary

Elicron is seeking a Global Head of IT to lead our strategic IT agenda across the Netherlands, Sweden and China. The role combines executive vision with hands-on execution in a hybrid Schiedam setting. You will drive global IT strategy, standardize processes, manage ERP and cyber security, and partner with finance and regional teams to enable scalable growth.

Fluent English required; Dutch or Swedish a plus. Travel internationally; 2 days on site weekly in Schiedam.

Qualifications

• Proven IT leadership across multi-site international structures.
• Experience aligning IT with business strategy and operations.
• Ability to implement AI adoption and cybersecurity for industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish 3- to 5-year global IT strategy and roadmap.
• Standardize processes and align IT across sites (Netherlands, Sweden, China).
• Oversee network infrastructure, data governance and cybersecurity for manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with CFO, Finance Director and regional teams to enable growth.
