Location: Randstad, Netherlands

• Demonstrating excellent leadership skills, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach

The ideal candidate has experience in an international manufacturing environment undergoing significant transformation. Our client is looking for a sharp, results-driven leader with a strong delivery mindset and the ability to inspire teams, drive change and instil discipline.

Compensation:

Base salary up to €150,000 + bonus + company car + additional benefits.

FLUENT IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH IS A MUST.
