Vacancy: IT Manager – International Industrial Group (Amsterdam Area)

The Role

As IT Manager EMEA, you will report directly to the CFO and lead an IT team (4.5 FTE + external support). You will be responsible for all IT operations in the region, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, support services and application management – with a strong focus on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

This is a key position with both strategic and operational impact. You will have the opportunity to define the IT roadmap, streamline internal processes, improve service levels, and further professionalise the IT function across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional IT team
• Oversee IT infrastructure, business applications, support and information security
• Act as Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with an external partner
• Implement IT governance, vendor management and project portfolio control
• Drive improvement in service delivery and IT standardisation
• Manage the IT budget and advise management on key technology investments
• Promote digital transformation and identify innovation opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or senior IT leadership
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management and support
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B industrial environments is a plus
• Familiar with GDPR, ISO27001, IT governance and project delivery
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP, Azure) are a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
