Vanderlande, a global leader in airport and parcel automation, is seeking a Group Leader IT/OT Service Experts to lead a geographically distributed team of IT and OT specialists. You will focus on coaching, performance management, and talent development to ensure high engagement and strong delivery to customers across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Service Delivery Managers and a culture of continuous improvement.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in people leadership within an IT service, technical support, or service operations environment.
Experience leading geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in an international organization.

Mansioni

Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT and OT Service Experts across multiple international locations.
Create an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Ensure employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on people-related matters.
Act as the first point of escalation for personnel-related issues.
Define and maintain clear career paths for Service Experts at different seniority levels.
Support professional growth through coaching, mentoring and training programs.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across regions and disciplines.
Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Foster collaboration between international locations and create a "one team" mindset.
Maintain visibility of team capacity, skill availability, and capability needs.
Support recruitment activities, including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
Ensure the team is structured appropriately to support current and future service demands.
Contribute to strategic workforce planning and long-term capability development.
Set individual and team objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback.
