Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed IT/OT Service Experts team.
- Define career paths and support coaching and training.
- Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers to meet customer commitments.
- Manage capacity, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Drive performance management and accountability.
