Kuros Biosciences is seeking an experienced IT Operations and Service Delivery Director to lead day-to-day IT operations for the Bilthoven and global sites. You will coordinate MSP partners, manage budgets, and drive ITSM governance, incident response, and change management with a focus on service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT or related degree is required.
• ITIL 4 certification is required or obtained soon after joining.
• Advanced ITIL, COBIT, project management or security certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate IT Operations & Service Delivery across locations.
• Manage MSP partners, vendors, and internal IT specialists.
• Oversee IT operations budget, spend reviews and invoice approvals.
• Establish service KPIs and operational dashboards for Head of IT.
• Coordinate ITSM processes: incident, change, asset and endpoint management.
• Lead CAB activities and align D365 change efforts.
• Ensure compliance evidence, audit readiness, and control activities.
• Provide regular operational reporting on SLA, tickets, and service quality.
