Job summary

Kuros Biosciences is hiring a Warehouse and Customer Service professional for its Bilthoven site. The role supports GMP-compliant warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination across production and sales teams.

You will manage material flow, ensure proper documentation for international shipments, and collaborate with QA, Finance, and Supply Chain to maintain inventory integrity in a fast-growing life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory control.
• Experience in GMP/ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is expected.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in GMP environment and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, shipping docs, and customs.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Customer Service Manager to join our growing team in Bilthoven.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse, inventory, andlogisticsoperations in a GMP-regulated environment,ensuringaccuratematerial flow, compliant documentation, and on-time distribution. The roleis part of the Supply Chain Team andworks closely with Manufacturing, Quality,Financeand Salesteams tomaintaininventory integrity, support production, and drive efficient, compliantwarehouseoperations within a fast-growing life sciences organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As an enthusiastic person with experience in Supply Chain, you will be involved in:Warehouse Management in Good Manufacturing Practice environment (GMP).

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Maintainaccurateinventory records and perform cycle counts and stock audits

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and material flow (FIFO/FEFO)

• Ensure properlabelling, storage, and organization of materials

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse (6S standards)

Inbound and outbound Logistics:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in line with purchase orders and SOPs

• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment of goods to customers, 3PLs, and partners

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including international requirements and customs documentation

• Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues

Internal Logistics and Coordination:

• Manage internal material flow between warehouse, production, and other departments

• Ensuretimelyavailability of materials for manufacturing and orderfulfilment

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams

• Provide operational backup for order processing andcomponentstock management

Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

• Record material movements in ERP (e.g., D365) andmaintainmaster data

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and company procedures

• Support documentation for international shipping and customs clearance

• Monitor KPIs and contribute to reporting, analysis, and process improvements

• Identifyand implement efficiency and cost optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse,logistics, or inventory control

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA) preferred

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
