Job summary

uniQure is seeking an Associate Director, Inventory & Accounting Operations to own end-to-end inventory accounting from clinical to commercial supply. The role partners with manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D, driving global month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and ensuring accurate reconciliations in SAP.

Your leadership will shape the accounting function and compliance across US GAAP, IFRS, and Dutch tax matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in inventory accounting under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience leading global accounting close processes and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
• Strong SAP configuration experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory accounting for clinical and finished goods across the supply chain.
• Lead global month-, quarter-, and year-end close in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Tax Finance on VAT and Dutch tax matters, and with Supply Chain on intercompany transfers.
• Manage and develop accounting staff and partner with external auditors.
