Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field and strong experience in inventory management.
• Proven track record improving working capital, inventory, or SLOB.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H&B inventory optimization roadmap across units and regions.
• Lead governance for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate working-capital improvements and cost outcomes.
• Partner with AI, analytics, and automation teams to translate model outputs into actions.
