Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands seeks a Senior Manager, Inventory Controls & Analytics to establish best-in-class inventory control, reconciliation, analytics, and reporting across the organization and its 3PL network. You will own accuracy, drive root-cause analysis, and partner with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to improve governance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or operations, including leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with large datasets, analytics, data validation and reporting.
• Strong SAP knowledge in inventory management and reconciliation.
• Experience managing inventory reconciliation with internal systems and 3PLs.
• Proven ability to develop executive dashboards, KPIs and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control across internal and 3PL locations.
• Lead 3PL inventory management and performance reviews with KPIs.
• Drive big data analytics, dashboards and automated reporting for leadership.
• Serve as SAP subject-matter expert for inventory processes and reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and governance.
• Mentor and develop inventory analytics professionals.
