A leading company in the food industry is looking for a Manager Installation to oversee a team of 15 International Site Supervisors. You will be responsible for managing team development, ensuring project execution, and fostering a culture of service excellence. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• Strong in stakeholder management and able to quickly familiarize with company products.
• Professional experience in Field Service Management or Site Supervision preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approximately 15 International Site Supervisors.
• Ensure that all installations and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor employees and assist with professional development.
• Participate in field service management meetings to set strategy.
• Travel occasionally to meet business needs (10 - 20%).
