Job summary

Vencomatic Group is seeking a hands-on mechanical supervisor to lead installation teams worldwide. You will coordinate projects from start to finish, share technical know-how with dealers and customers on-site, and jump in for service work, spotting opportunities for improvement.

You will travel extensively, roughly multi-week trips, returning home periodically. You will advise other departments to enhance our products and ensure high quality across installations.

Qualifications

Hands-on technician with broad technical knowledge and skills.
Comfortable with English communication; extra languages are a bonus.
Experience using Office 365.
Solutions-oriented and customer-focused; able to lead.

Responsibilities

Lead global installation teams and coordinate projects from start to finish.
Share technical know-how with dealers and customers on-site.
Step in for service work and identify improvement opportunities.
Travel globally on multi-week assignments ( up to ~200 nights per year ).
Advise supporting departments to improve products and ensure high quality.
