Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or administering in technical projects.
• Background in inspection coordination, project coordination, procurement support, or logistics.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Good communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections at supplier sites worldwide for offshore equipment.
• Schedule inspectors and arrange visits aligned with project planning.
• Prepare inspection assignments and distribute relevant docs before inspections.
• Monitor planning, progress, and follow-up actions.
• Review inspection reports for completeness before sharing with stakeholders.
• Track punch list items and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Maintain inspection records in SharePoint and project systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, logistics, suppliers, inspectors, and project teams.
• Ensure documentation is complete before Inspection Release Notes are issued.
• Act as central contact between suppliers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
