Job summary

Bennet & Boss is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to oversee inspections at suppliers worldwide for offshore equipment. You will ensure inspections are prepared, executed and tracked, maintaining complete and traceable documentation throughout the process.

You will act as the key link between suppliers, inspectors, engineering, procurement and the EPC contractor to ensure timely approval and release of equipment for shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Inspection Coordinator or QA/QC roles.
• Technical understanding of industrial equipment and inspection processes.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Professional level English; experience with SharePoint and international suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspectors, ensure proper preparation and communicate inspection details to stakeholders.
• Review, verify and distribute inspection reports, punch lists and quality documentation.
• Monitor closure of punch list items and verify evidence before equipment release for shipment.
• Maintain structured inspection documentation in SharePoint and assist with Inspection Release Notes.

Overview

Duration: Minimum 2 years with the possibility of permanent employment

Salary: Up to €5,600 gross per month, depending on experience (30% ruling possible)

As an Inspection Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing inspections at suppliers worldwide for equipment used in complex offshore platform projects. You will ensure that inspections are properly prepared, executed and followed up, while maintaining complete, accurate and traceable documentation throughout the entire process. Acting as the key link between suppliers, inspectors, engineering, procurement teams and the EPC contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment is approved and released for shipment in a structured and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare inspections at international suppliers, including reviewing documentation, test procedures and inspection schedules.
• Schedule inspectors, ensure they are fully prepared and communicate inspection details to all relevant stakeholders.
• Review, verify and distribute inspection reports, punch lists and quality documentation.
• Monitor the closure of punch list items and verify supporting evidence before equipment is approved for shipment.
• Maintain structured inspection documentation in SharePoint and support the issuance of Inspection Release Notes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Inspection Coordinator, QA/QC Coordinator, Inspector or in a similar technical quality role.
• Good technical understanding of industrial equipment and inspection processes.
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional level of English, both written and spoken; experience with SharePoint and international suppliers is considered an advantage.
