Job summary

Bennet & Boss is seeking an experienced Expeditor to monitor purchase orders, follow up with international suppliers, and ensure materials, equipment, and documentation are delivered on time. You will collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Project teams to prevent delays and keep project execution on schedule.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO education in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience as Expeditor or similar role on EPC, Oil & Gas, or energy projects.
• Strong supplier coordination and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate suppliers to ensure equipment, materials and documentation are delivered on time, to specification and in line with project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding documentation, order status, and delivery updates.
• Maintain expediting trackers, status reports, and supplier delivery updates.
• Verify that materials meet specifications and that shipping documentation is complete.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and project delivery improvements.
