Job summary

Bennet & Boss B.V. is seeking a Profile Lead Inspection Coordinator to head inspection coordination across project supply chains. You will ensure equipment, materials, and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires governance of inspection plans, documentation, and reporting, with collaboration across QA/QC, procurement, and project teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive timely delivery and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certifications in inspection or QA are a plus.
• Experience leading inspection coordination in oil & gas or project-driven environments.
• Strong vendor coordination and procurement experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and QA plans.
• Experience coordinating with third-party inspectors, suppliers, contractors, and regulators.
• Ability to mentor inspectors and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and risk identification skills.
• Familiarity with inspection management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of inspection plans and schedules.
• Coordinate inspection activities with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Oversee vendor and supplier inspection processes to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
• Maintain inspection documentation including reports, certificates, and non-conformances.
• Monitor compliance across inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring.
• Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances and quality issues.
• Provide regular updates to project management and QA/QC teams.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure clear understanding of inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality teams to support project delivery.
• Conduct training for inspection teams on protocols and standards.
• Mentor inspection coordinators and monitor team activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization.
