Vanderlande is seeking a Director Corporate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to shape and drive the global HSE strategy across a federated organization. You will lead a network of HSE professionals, partner with executive leadership and ensure safety remains a core value and a business enabler.

This transformational leader will cultivate a world-class safety culture, influence stakeholders, and translate global ambitions into practical, locally relevant solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience within complex multinational manufacturing or construction industries.
• Proven experience leading Global HSE functions in matrix and federated environments.
• Strong track record in cultural change and transformations.
• Experience influencing Executive Leadership and leading cross-functional stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive Vanderlande's global HSE strategy, governance framework, culture and performance improvement.
• Lead a global network of HSE professionals and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with executives, domains and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into action.
• Establish measurable indicators and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Foster cross-functional cooperation, transparency and shared ownership of initiatives.
