Job summary
A global leader in automated solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for their Veghel headquarters. The successful candidate will support high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across multiple projects. Responsibilities include developing safety programs, engaging stakeholders, and monitoring compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Occupational Health & Safety and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Hybrid working conditions are offered with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
At least 3 years’ HSE experience in fast-paced, high-risk, multi-site environments.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and high willingness to travel regularly within EMEA.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute pre-start safety programs.
Assist in preparing, implementing, and maintaining HSE plans.
Plan and review high-risk activities and risk documentation.
Lead HSE discussions to ensure awareness and compliance.
Monitor training records and report findings.
Track and report contractor and team HSE performance.
Report and investigate hazards and incidents.
Collaborate on additional HSE documentation.
