Job summary

ARLANXEO is offering a Global HR Operations Intern role in the Netherlands. You will support HR activities across the employee lifecycle, help maintain records, and assist with data entry and reporting.

The internship provides exposure to HR systems, analytics, and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, with opportunities to develop project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, business or psychology (in progress or recently completed).
• Interest in data, reporting and analytics.
• Interest in AI tools and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR records and documentation per internal policies and data privacy requirements.
• Assist with data entry, employee file management, and HR documentation processes.
