Job summary

Henkel in the Netherlands is offering a full-time internship focused on building enterprise AI solutions for Supply Chain. You will gain hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Databricks, Celonis, and analytics to transform business questions into actionable insights.

The program runs six months, with a monthly stipend and remote-work options, providing exposure to global teams and senior stakeholders within a leading FMCG company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Passion for AI, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn and experiment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, AI tools, or process mining is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions for Supply Chain using Copilot Studio.
• Gather requirements from global and regional teams and translate into AI solutions.
• Develop and improve RAG-based and task-oriented AI assistants to automate work and speed decisions.
• Investigate Agentic AI using Databricks and connect Databricks with Copilot ecosystem.
• Experiment with new technologies and create proof-of-concepts.
