Job summary

ASML zoekt een bachelor- of masterstudent voor een stage binnen de People Operations en de Global Operational Excellence-team. Je werkt aan kennisbeheer en digitale transformatie, met focus op zelfbediening en AI-geschikte content voor wereldwijde medewerkers.

Je analyseert feedback, optimaliseert artikelen en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete contentverbeteringen. De stage is hybride, start in november 2026, voor minimaal 5 maanden en minimaal 4 dagen per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of masteropleiding in HR management, bedrijfskunde, communicatie, psychologie of informatiemanagement.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en plezier in werken met data, feedback en inzichten.
• Uitstekende schriftelijke communicatie in het Engels.

Responsibilities

• Analyseer medewerkersfeedback en identificeer mogelijkheden om HR-kenniscontent te verbeteren.
• Zet feedbackinzichten om in praktische aanbevelingen en contentverbeteringen.
• Beoordeel en optimaliseer kennisartikelen op helderheid, consistentie en bruikbaarheid.
• Converteer bestaande referentiematerialen naar doorzoekbare, gebruikersvriendelijke kennisinhoud.
• Draag bij aan standaardisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering van schrijfwerk.
• Beoordeel kennisartikelen aan de hand van vastgestelde kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
• Draag bij aan AI-ondersteunde ervaringen in content en support.

Introduction

Within the People Operations department of ASML Business Services, the Global Operational Excellence team is focused on helping employees easily find and access accurate HR information. As employee expectations continue to evolve, improving the quality, consistency, and usability of HR content becomes increasingly important. In this internship, you will contribute to strengthening self-service experiences and preparing content for AI-powered support solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, employee experience, content optimization, and digital transformation within a global organization.

Your assignment

Employees rely on HR knowledge content and self-service solutions to quickly find answers to their questions. During this internship, you will help improve the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of HR information for employees worldwide. You will analyze employee feedback, optimize content, and support initiatives that enhance AI readiness and digital self-service experiences.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve HR knowledge content.
• Translate feedback insights into practical recommendations and content improvements.
• Review and optimize knowledge articles for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Convert existing reference materials into searchable, user-friendly knowledge content.
• Support content standardization initiatives and improve writing quality.
• Assess knowledge articles against established quality guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to preparing content for AI-enabled support experiences.

Dienstverband

This is a bachelor or master internship for minimum 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (hybrid, at least Monday and Thursday at the office). The start date of this internship is as of November 2026.

Your profile

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Studies, or a related field.
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, feedback, and insights.
• Demonstrate excellent written communication skills in English.
• Are proactive and take ownership of your work and development.
• Can simplify complex information and make it easy for others to understand.
• Work in a collaborative way while also managing tasks independently.
• Have an interest in employee experience, knowledge management, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
• You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
