Job summary

ASICS in the Netherlands seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda for two populations: Operations in Europe and Emerging Markets (Poland, South Africa). You will advise director-level leaders on people matters, ER, Dutch and Polish labour law, and support a growing retail and office workforce.

You will coach one HR Advisor, partner with Centres of Excellence, and drive HR programs, budgeting and compliance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HRBP or HR Generalist in international, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch or Polish; knowledge of local labour law.
• Experience with cross-border HR across multiple countries.
• Ability to advise at Management Team level and build relationships with directors.
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Resilient, self-directed and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• HRBP across Operations Management Team; advise on people matters, ER and laws.
• Own HR for Emerging Markets (Poland, South Africa) and store network support.
• Lead performance management, calibration and succession planning for Ops & EM.
• Manage annual personnel cost budget and provide HR data to leaders.
• Develop and update HR policies; collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
• Lead and develop one HR Advisor; partner with Centres of Excellence.
