ASICS Europe HQ in Hoofddorp is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive the HR agenda for Operations and Emerging Markets (Poland and South Africa). Based at the EMEA headquarters, you will advise the Operations Management Team and shape people strategies across multiple countries and markets.

You will lead one HR Advisor, partner with Centres of Excellence, and ensure Dutch and Polish labour law compliance while delivering budgeting, performance processes, and local HR programmes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch or Polish (one is required).
• Experience with SAP or similar HRIS and strong Excel for budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to advise at Management Team level across multiple countries.
• Cross-border HR experience and knowledge of employment law.

Responsabilités

• HR Business Partnering for Operations Management Team; advise on people matters and labour law.
• Own HR for Emerging Markets (Poland and South Africa) with store/office HR support.
• Lead performance management, calibration and succession planning for Ops and EM.
• Develop and manage annual personnel cost budget; provide HR data to leaders.
• Update policies for NL and EM employment legislation; ensure compliance.
• Direct manager for one HR Advisor and build team capabilities.
