Job summary

Teva seeks a Director, Biosimilar Business Development to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of opportunities in the biosimilars space. You will drive licensing, co-development, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to grow Teva's biosimilars portfolio globally.

You will build external networks, lead due diligence across functions, and present findings to executive leadership, while managing cross-functional teams through complex transactions and governance

Qualifications

• University degree in related domain; advanced degree preferred, including MBA, Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, PharmD, JD, or equivalent.
• 6-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, licensing, portfolio management, corporate strategy, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, commercial and financial assessments of prospective transactions.
• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities across Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing, Finance and Legal.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute licensing, co-development, and strategic agreements.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic updates for leadership.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners, licensors and developers.
