Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Hoofddorp is seeking an enthusiastic team member for Meetings and Events. You will support organizing and selling tasks, ensuring smooth operation of events, updating during morning meetings, and handling handovers with financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and sales tasks within the events team, including checking pending rooms and updating events during morning meetings.
• Handling handovers and money-related tasks, processing sheets, sending them, and checking commissions.
• Assisting organizers and sales managers with daily tasks, including emails and phone calls, processing sheets and site inspections.
• Aim to organize your own small events and conferences.
