Job summary

Piano is seeking a marketing leader to own the full function: demand generation, messaging, product marketing, partner marketing, and communications. You will lead a team based mainly in Europe, report to the CEO, and sit on the executive leadership team.

You will be measured on qualified pipeline, new ARR, and market understanding of Piano’s value proposition. The role is based in Amsterdam, in office, with potential relocation support for exceptional candidates and regular travel to clients

Qualifications

• Led marketing for a B2B software business at scale.
• Owned a pipeline number and spoke to funnel math and payback.
• Experience in PE- or VC-backed companies.
• Fluency with AI and how it changes team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scale demand generation and own the pipeline model.
• Simplify the storytelling and messaging across products.
• Unify messaging across a single platform and portfolio.
