Job summary

You will drive process improvements, manage talent development, and collaborate with the ERP team to maximise system effectiveness. A strong IFRS background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad accounting experience in international or listed environments.
• Advanced IFRS accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience in people management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional Financial Control team, driving excellence.
• Monitor the quality of transactional work in IFRS and local requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure complete and accurate financial statements.
• Oversee statutory accounts, tax obligations, and internal control framework.
• Partner with Finance Systems to maximise ERP efficiency.
• Lead streamlined processes and complex accounting projects such as impairment analyses.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
