You'll partner with Financial Controllers and regional finance directors across 16 countries to ensure accurate global tax figures, IFRS IAS 12 disclosures, and adherence to OECD Pillar 2 guidelines. Experience with Workday and OneStream is a major advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven IFRS tax reporting for multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (IAS 12) and OECD Pillar 2 developments.
• Experience with Workday and OneStream is a major advantage.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of preparing, reviewing, and consolidating current and deferred tax positions under IAS 12 for quarterly and annual reporting.
• Deliver precise tax disclosures and align local figures with group-level reporting.
• Analyze impact of OECD Pillar 2 and other reforms on IFRS statements and disclosures.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors during year-end reviews.
• Strengthen the Tax Control Framework and automate tax reporting workflows.
• Leverage data and technology to digitalize finance operations.
