Job summary

Blue Wireless seeks a Global Head of Field Services to own the HSEQ function across markets, embedding safety and quality into field operations. You will translate regulations into standards, training, and processes, identify risk, investigate incidents, and close compliance gaps.

You will lead field service processes, contractor management, safety and quality programs, and audit readiness, with hybrid work and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Services or Safety operations.
• Strong experience with quality and safety processes.
• Ability to work across multiple functional teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a business environment.
• Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed HSEQ standards across global teams.
• Identify risk, investigate incidents, close compliance gaps.
• Develop safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Manage contractor relationships and third-party installers.
• Maintain audit-ready HSEQ documentation and ISO readiness.
