Job summary

The Member Company. is looking for a proactive SHEQ Supporter to contribute to safe and well-organized projects. You blend administrative skills with a practical approach and are regularly on-site.

You will serve as a key link between project teams and the office, helping improve quality, safety, and environmental practices. Responsibilities include workplace inspections, evaluating SHEQ reports, organizing toolbox meetings, and supporting audits and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience performing workplace inspections and internal audits.
• Ability to process and evaluate SHEQ reports and notifications.
• Organizing toolbox meetings and contributing to safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducting workplace inspections and internal audits.
• Processing and evaluating SHEQ reports and notifications, identifying recurring trends.
• Organizing monthly, interactive toolbox meetings for colleagues both inside and outside.
• Contributing to the management and improvement of the corporate process system.
• Being regularly present on projects, gathering information and ensuring feedback between field and office.
• Supporting certifications and audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, CKB, CO₂ ladder, SCL, BRLs).
• Recording, investigating and reporting incidents and accidents.
