Job summary

Hillebrand Gori, a Company of DHL Global Forwarding, is hiring a Global Project Manager to lead GTOM initiatives. The role covers end-to-end project management with scope definition, planning and stakeholder engagement across regions.

You will drive organizational change, design frameworks and ensure delivery on time and benefits realization, while collaborating with HR, Operations and Country teams in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in global project management or related fields such as operational excellence or business process optimization.
• Proven experience managing complex global programs across countries and cultures.
• Lean Six Sigma, First Choice, Operational Excellence or Change Management certification required.
• Background in Ocean freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global GTOM project for Operations from initiation through closure.
• Translate objectives into scope, plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Provide end-to-end PM: scope, schedule, resources, governance, risks, issues and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
