Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex international projects across its European logistics operations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with IT and customer stakeholders, and ensure changes are embedded across the business.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and change-management skills, with experience in PRINCE2 or willingness to develop it.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of international logistics project management.
Bachelor's or master's in Industrial Engineering, SCM or related field.
Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects across locations.
Familiarity with PRINCE2 or willingness to develop this.

Responsibilities

Lead international projects across European logistics operations.
Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, resources and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure cross-department collaboration.
Organise workshops with customers, operations and IT to establish requirements and align objectives.
Manage execution, monitor progress and identify risks and issues.
Implement risk mitigation and change management strategies.
Coordinate implementation of new processes and systems.
Provide updates to stakeholders and project boards.
