Job summary

SPS Airport Equipment in the Netherlands is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth in the GSE market. You will identify and secure new business, nurture airlines, airports and service providers, while maintaining major accounts and coordinating with engineering for tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include forecasting, strategy, contract negotiations, and representing the company at global events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields; Master preferred.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in GSE.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of cargo/baggage handling applications.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process internal orders.
• Maintain relationships for repeat business.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with airlines, airports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Represent company at trade shows and meetings.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts and targets.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• Travel at least 30% to support activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
