Job summary

EY seeks a Global Microsoft Financial Services Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver alliance activation across Priority FS accounts. You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, and program oversight in collaboration with EY Financial Services leadership and Microsoft counterparts.

The role requires strong enterprise technology understanding, sector knowledge, and the ability to connect priorities to alliance-led growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management and cross-functional governance.
• Proven ability to build and nurture enterprise relationships.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services sectors including Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Financial Services alliance strategy and objectives in alignment with global priorities.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management for strategic sector opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights on pipeline, activation, and market observations.
• Ensure governance, contracts, and compliance across accounts and regions.
• Collaborate with enablement, Brand, Marketing and Communications teams for sector messaging and collateral.
