Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Global Service Line FP&A to advise Service Line CFOs and senior leaders. You will blend FP&A discipline with commercial insight to explain drivers behind results, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic actions across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax.

You will strengthen planning, forecasting and management information, transforming complex data into actionable leadership narratives and practical recommendations,

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline, preferably with a professional qualification.
• 10+ years of FP&A, business analysis, or finance partnering experience within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver insights and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams; excel, powerpoint and data tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance adviser for Service Line leaders, linking results to performance drivers.
• Support planning, forecasting and budgeting with robust financial plans and targets.
• Deliver timely weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insights.
• Provide scenario analysis; clearly state assumptions, sensitivities and actions.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive presentations translating data into decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Reporting, Data Analytics, GDS to improve reporting quality.
• Promote use of AI, analytics and Global Finance tools to improve insight and efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives while maintaining integrity of service line structures.
• Coach colleagues and foster knowledge-sharing across a global matrix.
