Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join its European operations, based in the Netherlands with a hybrid setup (1 day per month in Utrecht). You will support financial and administrative processes across the Netherlands and Belgium, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager Europe.

You will coordinate invoicing, payments, billing, and financial controls while transitioning to Netsuite and supporting cross‑functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative/financial role within international business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects and setting up new processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data.
• Proficient with Google Suite and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Finance shared mailbox management and queries.
• Oversee contractor invoicing and payment processing.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate customer billing.
• Support transition to Netsuite and credit/debtor management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, EU directives and policies.
• Coordinate with international finance and legal teams as needed.
• Manage Dutch (and Belgium) office admin and vendor relationships.
