Job summary

Kinly is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the Benelux financial operations from Breda in a hybrid office/home model. The role combines hands-on financial control with analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will oversee AP, AR and GL, support month‑end closings, budgeting and forecasting, and manage a small team of three.

The position offers growth in a globally active company. Fluency in Dutch and English, strong Excel skills, and SAP experience are key.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, financial control, or similar finance roles.
• Solid foundation in financial administration, closing processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accurate financial administration for the Benelux region.
• Prepare and execute parts of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Prepare reconciliations, balance sheet substantiations, and support for general ledger positions.
• Support timely and reliable management and group reporting.
• Lead and coach a small finance team (AP/AR/G/L).
• Oversee cash forecasting and working capital monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
