Job summary

LOGEX Netherlands seeks a Financial Administrator to oversee day-to-day financial administration for the Netherlands and UK entities. The role emphasizes accuracy, ownership and operational excellence within a growing international finance team.

You will handle invoicing, billing, expense reviews, and supplier payable processes, contributing to a structured and scalable finance operation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial administration, bookkeeping or accounting.
• ERP systems experience; NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and highly accurate work.
• Proactive mindset with ownership.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance inbox for the Netherlands and the UK.
• Act as the first point of contact for finance questions and requests.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and payment reminders.
• Manage the billing process end-to-end.
• Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions (Pleo).
• Process and review supplier invoices in NetSuite.
• Prepare payment runs and support bank reconciliations.
• Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
