• Provide technical field service for Moog products and systems, including maintenance and overhauls.
• Diagnose complex problems and implement solutions, alone or with colleagues.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and support sales with proposals when appropriate.
• Coordinate with service applications, configuration databases, and documentation to ensure proper support and configuration control.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service under breakdown conditions.
