Job summary

Moog B.V. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver hands‑on service and support for Flight Simulation and Automotive Test products. You will visit customers globally, diagnose complex issues, and work with software tools and configuration databases.

Travel up to 80% with some extended stays, and report to the Manager Aftermarket Services. The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, strong problem‑solving, and excellent customer communication in a high‑tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with customers.
• Willingness to travel globally and work onsite at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Moog products and systems at customer sites.
• Travel frequently and sometimes extend stays as required.
• Assist in developing proposals with the sales team where applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation and configuration control for installed base.
