Job summary

Moog is seeking a Field Service Engineer for on-site work in Amsterdam/Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands, focusing on Flight Simulation and Automotive Test products. You will provide hands-on support, diagnose complex problems, and collaborate with global teams.

Travel will be frequent, up to about 80%, including weekends. You will report to the Manager Aftermarket Services and help develop proposals with the sales team, while maintaining documentation and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing complex problems and implementing solutions.
• Ability to use service applications and configuration databases.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for global support.
• Good communication and teamwork to assist customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Moog products with hands‑on maintenance and overhauls.
• Service electro‑mechanical and electrohydraulic systems at customer sites.
• Travel frequently to install, service and support customers.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and configuration control for the global installed base.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
