Job summary

CEAD B.V. in Delft is seeking a Product Service Engineer to join our international team. You will provide remote technical support and on-site training for CEAD’s large-scale 3D printing systems, collaborating with product service engineers and specialists.

The role includes frequent international travel and ongoing skills development. We value a customer-focused, proactive mindset, fluency in Dutch and English, and a willingness to travel across Europe, the US, and other regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Affinity with technically complex machines, systems, or industrial equipment.
Strong motivation to develop broad technical knowledge and grow within a customer-facing technical service role.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support via HubSpot CRM and video calls; document inquiries and actions.
Deliver hands-on operator training on-site following system installation; progressively take on independent training duties.
Collaborate across teams with engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues; support root-cause analysis.
Join international customer visits for maintenance, troubleshooting and interventions; document findings and actions.
Represent CEAD professionally in remote and on-site customer interactions.
