You will prepare proforma invoices, review packing lists, evaluate Incoterms, collect freight quotes, and liaise with customs brokers. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential, with English proficiency and solid spreadsheet skills.

• Experience with international trade processes and documentation.

• Ability to prepare packing lists and shipping documents.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
